Nutritional value of Tifton 85 grass haylage under different layers of polyethylene film and storage times

Forage conservation processes are fundamentally aimed at maintaining the nutritional quality of forages so that they can overcome low availability and roughage feed in unfavorable times. The objective this study was to examine effect number layers polyethylene film storage time on value haylage Tifton 85 grass (Cynodon spp cv. 85). Four six milky white were used wrapping silage bales with a capacity 400 kg (100 150 μm total thickness, respectively), for four different times (at baling 30, 60, 90 days). experiment laid out randomized-block design replicates, split-plot arrangement time, which wrapped constituted plots sub-plots.
